Letra de The Yes Men
Two days ago I cried because everything was changing and I couldn't stand it all. Yesterday I threw my hands up in distress because nothing changed anymore and I imagined myself stuck in this contortion until my muscles cramped and finally atrophied. We are the “yes” men, because it's how we've always been; running in place with our eyes closed. We are the “yes” men, except when we say “Nothing's wrong. No, no, nothing's wrong.” We are the “yes” men, sitting around speaking of idealized times, stuck in selective memory. The petals of rose colored lenses are like blinders when you have them on. Do you see the cat? Do you see the cradle? When you don't interact, it's easy to get along. Everything you've never confronted is waiting outside your door. Today is the day you're gonna catch up with every lie you've ever believed. I'm tired of playing dead to all my problems, but I can't be alive every day. I'm sorry for everything I left unsaid, that I compensated for in clipped conversation and rolling eyes. I apologize.
