off in the distance there is so much to explore
she's up there flying thru the canopies, i'm down here on the forest floor
into her darkened cave i brought her sunshine rays
turned her tangled mane into lovely locks
i tried not to notice the electricity in the air
but she was strikingly into it, too much so to bare
she said 'let's make a break', t'was more than i could take
she got carried away with never's and forever's
she told me she'd never leave me
whatever happened to her
why would she bail on a good thing?
her flight left me anchored
anchored...
