I have seen abandoned sanctuary
And the results of that foolish endeavor
He knew only the significance of his word...
Which not even he could name.
And how good is your word?
It best be strong...
For that word has a much more powerful bind
That one you or I could represent.
"The days could have offered so much more"
He knew declination-fragible mover
To fall, to be that mover
To believe in sanctuary over there
Is to know the path of failure
And to know the sting of "regret"
The inevitable will be self construction-
based on tradition
and self denial,
based on fear.
