Symphony
Last nite I had the sweetest dream of apathy: We layed in the twilight with your arms around me. And they made such perfect symmetry around my heart But now, I can feel the sun on my face... Now I awake with no sympathy for those around me I can picture that dream of you and me just like a photograph I'll use it to compose another symphony of loving you But I'm always stuck with writer's block. This morning I had no idea if I was awake or dead I laid there in the sunlight with so much detest And the rays of light shined so bright it lit up my eyes Bright enough to see what the blind-hearted never could. Now I decide with no sympathy for those around me I'll remember that dream of you and me just like a photograph I'll use it to compose another symphony of loving you Coz that's all that I can do. I'm awake with no responibility for my actions I want to fall asleep and dream of you and me in a photograph We'll lay in the twilight as I whisper "I love you" But I'll never find out if you love me too. If only we could live in dreams... From Letras Mania
