Moment

Half-Cab
All that time spent sitting still in a building filled with boredom. Promise me you'll do more than you were taught. I read minds. Books are good but not as relevant. Spend time with your "sources" and your "education." I learned more from asking around. Don't climb trees if they're about to fall down. Once I thought I was so destructive. Yea, that's me- I'm so destructive. Classrooms are a little too formal. I need to crash test every single; I need to crash test every idea. Adults have "advice" and their knowing demeanor. Pry for credentials; They have no idea either. I can't think of one safe place to be. From the harbor to the skyline: the city reminds me to stay in bed. I try not to listen; I fall asleep pissed, and I hate my dreams. Explicity reminding me I'm just another petty theif with a critic's eyes. Ever wonder why (It's all formatted landscape or soon to be processed) I can't think of one safe place to be? I can't help thinking we noticed a little too late- that we're burning this resource 'cause it makes cheap fuel and we're lazy. And I'm the one whose destructive? I find the goals of these people degrading. Tell me hope's more than just a way to stay sane. From Letras Mania
