I Can Fly
I have this dream to stand on top a mountain. To spread my wings and let the wind steal me. That way I'll be weightless and free, And that way no one can tell me, That I'm only a little girl, With dreams as big as the world, And they will never come true. But if I fly, Fly above the rain, To a place where there's no pain, And no one holds me down. I can fly, And show them that they're wrong. Will you hold me in your arms, If high enough I fly... away. I have this wish to dance around the stars. To be so high up that I can't barely breathe. But this way I'll be weightless and free, And this way no one can tell me, That I'm only a little girl, With dreams as big as the world, And they will never come true. I'll fly until I hear your words, I'll fly until my song is heard. Don't dare tell me that I'm not good enough, Cause he told me I was, He told me I was. From Letras Mania
