Tiny Little Heartstorms
Holding my breath under water, I can feel it letting go, The cold sunridge air is ripping through the skin on my face, You are knocking me down, With that look in your eye, I'm waiting for a lion to come and carry my body, From this tired town, To carry me through earthquakes, And the tiny little heartstorms, That sting through me. Sunridge is a ghost town, There is bottles and semen at the bottom of the ditch, And all I wanted to do was be beside you, Through the earthquakes and the tiny little heartstorms, That sting through me, And paw at the love we used to love. Sometimes my eyes look like a rose Sometimes the mornings feel so alone. I'm on my knees, With your skin in my teeth, And I'm dreaming, That we're waltzing on top of an empty sea, And I watch you grow, Letras de cancionesBut now I know, Some tigers weren't meant to have and to hold. I'm praying for a lion to come and carry my body, From this tired town, To carry me through earthquakes, And the tiny little heartstorms, That string through me. Sometimes my eyes look like a rose Sometimes the mornings feel so alone. From Letras Mania
