Letra de Speaking In Waves
I took the words I wish I'd said and stuffed them in a bottle.
I threw them out into the sea to spark a conversation
with the waves that will soon crash on the shoreline where I stand.
With one last sigh of relief, I watched all my stories get swept out to sea.

Its like walking hand-in-hand with a stranger,
you never know what to expect.
With eyes gazing into the future,
you're always dreaming of the past.

I'll pack my things and I'll be headed out tonight.
I'll be as quiet as a mouse and make sure no one wakes in fright.
I couldn't break another heart while trying to mend a broken life.
I'll sail this boat as far as the eye can see,
out to where nobody will worry about me.
I've been doing alright and I'll be doing okay.

As far as I'm concerned,
I've burnt every bridge that there was to burn.
As soon as they find the cure,
I won't be here.
I won't bleed here anymore.
